Oren Alexander is an internationally recognized, record-breaking team with over two-and a half billion in sales to date.  Partnering with his brother Tal Alexander across the Miami and New York City luxury real estate markets, Oren has established himself as an industry visionary, having broken the records for highest sale price for single-family home and condo in Miami, and facilitated the #1 sale in Miami for 2019. Oren has consistently ranked as a Top 10 Agent in both the Miami and New York luxury markets – including ranking Top 5 GCI company-wide for Douglas Elliman for the last two years. In addition to representing luxury real estate buyers and sellers across international markets, Oren has a proven track record of representing world-renown developers such as Alan Faena and Len Blavatnik with Faena House, and David Martin / The Terra Group at Eighty Seven Park. In his spare time, Oren develops custom homes alongside his father Shlomy Alexander and The Alexander Group, including one of the most impressive architectural residences by Chad Oppenheim in Bal Harbour which he recently re-sold for a second time, raising the bar for contemporary architecture in South Florida.

Other notable achievements include representing the sale of a $100 million townhouse, the most expensive ever sold in Manhattan, and representing both the seller and buyer in South Florida’s then-most expensive residential transaction, dubbed“The $60 Million Dream House” by the WSJ. Oren has received widespread press recognition including ranking in Forbes “30 Under 30.” He and Tal were also named #1 of the "Top 35-and-Under NYC Real Estate Players" by The Real Deal, and as the "New Rock Stars of Real Estate" in Details Magazine. They have been repeatedly featured in other top publications like The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, New York Post and Miami Herald, and on Fox News.

Oren takes pride in establishing and creating relationships with top architects and designers locally and internationally; he frequents art fairs around the world and his personal collection includes works from great artists as well as emerging talents.
